Giessler, Michael

Michael is a Partner in H&P. He works on national and international roaming issues with special focus on regulatory issues.

His core competencies are national and international roaming: strategic, technical, contractual, regulatory and procedural issues including implementations in alliances of mobile operators.

Before joining H&P, Michael worked as senior manager of a major mobile operator group on roaming products & services and on roaming related regulatory issues. He was also responsible for the implementation of roaming services in a major alliance of mobile operators. Before this, he worked as Head of International Roaming at the major operator of this operator group. Michael has been chair of one of the GSM Association's Working Groups which is in charge of the development of technical standards.
